Can I upgrade my Umbrela Exclusive Membership plan?

 

Currently we do not have an upgrade option but you can simply renew your Umbrela Exclusive membership for a longer term Period.

Can I Cancel my Umbrela Exclusive Membership plan Mid-Way?

 

The Exclusive membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your half year/ annual/ 2 Years  membership may be cancelled by Umbrela.in in case of misuse, in which none of your amount would be refunded to you.

Return Policy of my Products.

 

As you're Special For us Our Return Policy for your products is Different From non-member users. Becoming a member Add's More Power to you in which You can Return Your Order Within 24 hours after delivery.

*Note - Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. 

Can I use COD as an Umrela Exclusive member?
