Delivery Policy

  • Right now we Delivering only in Nashik City. Any order made from outside of the city will be cancelled automatically.

  • Product once Orders Our Delivery Team will review your order and once your order is confirmed  You will receive a mail & sms.

  • After confirmation your order would be delivered within 30 to 45 minutes (after confirmation in 10 km Radius from our HQ) for the product ordered from the  Store on umbrela

  • Packages Delivery time will differ on Basis of km but on an average time will 1 hour.

  • And once you order for send or receive of package order will be reviewed by our delivery team then confirmed you by mail or sms.

  • Order would be Automatically canceled if it doesn't meet our criteria or its situated beyond our delivery radius.

How does the Return/Exchange process work?

  • You can only apply for a Return/Exchange, You can mail us from Your Register Email id, Or you can connect us from your Whats app  on Provided Number i.e +91- 89 - 2626 - 6363.

  • Don't Forget to mention your 
    - Name
    -Contact no. 
    -Email id
    -Order no 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers can exchange/return their order within 3 hours after an order has been delivered. (for Non-Exclusive members)

  • And for Exclusive Members can Exchange/Return their Order Within 6 Hours after order has been deliverd  

  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been Used, manufacturing packing be teared or soiled.

  • Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Service Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at info@umbrela.in and we will get back to you.

  • If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on info@umbrela.in

  • Gift cards/vouchers/Exclusive Membership plans are non-refundable.

  • Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.

  • To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on Broken seal of Condom Packets, Sanitary pads & Prega kits.

What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?

  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
